Instructions for Team Leaders
(Short version – current)
Role of the Team Leader
Team Leaders support their assigned team (location / group) within a centrally prepared course.
They do not have access to the course content but are responsible for:

supporting participants in their team

assisting with registration and course enrollment
-
viewing participation, progress, assessments, and exams of their own group

facilitating participant enrollment (by providing information)
Courses are prepared centrally by the Project Manager.
Participants enroll in the course independently.
One of the most important tasks of the Team Leader is to invite the designated participants to enroll and provide them with all necessary information.
Information Provided by the Team Leader
The Team Leader provides participants with the following details:

Moodle platform: {MOODLE_URL}

Course: {KURSNAME}

Enrollment key (location-specific): {GRUPPEN_KENNWORT}
The enrollment key ensures that participants are automatically assigned to the correct team / location.
Enrollment without a valid key is not possible.
Process for Participants

Access the Moodle platform: {MOODLE_URL}

If no account exists yet: create a user account independently

Log in and select the course {KURSNAME}

Enter the enrollment key {GRUPPEN_KENNWORT}

Automatic assignment to the correct team
Support in Case of Problems
The Team Leader supports participants especially in cases of:
-
incorrect or expired enrollment keys
-
typing errors when entering the key
-
issues during account creation
(e.g. not receiving the confirmation email)

uncertainty about whether enrollment was successful
If technical problems cannot be resolved, the Team Leader informs the Project Manager.
Important Notes

Team Leaders do not enroll participants manually.

Roles and course content are managed centrally.

Enrollment keys are confidential and must only be shared with the intended participants.
